Founder and production technologist of natural vinegar — from idea to full cycle. Training in Austria, production launch, operations automation. Strategic and deliberate closure due to market non-viability — zero debt, full team retention.

Over 22 years I have walked this path from both sides — as a manager within a company and as a founder of my own business.

Won an international competition for funding Moldova's digital government transformation. Thorough requirements analysis, preparation of technical and financial documentation, full delivery cycle — from application to final product and reporting.
→USAID and EBRD / digital government services
Independent preparation of grant applications and full project delivery as product and project manager. Managing teams, international contractors and government structures. 100% application approval rate.
→ODA / two own businesses (2020s)
Secured grant support from the Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development for two own projects. Skin in the game: I know what a founder feels when submitting an application — and I know how to win it.
Today I help businesses build not a one-off application, but a 6+ month strategy: which programs are open, in what sequence to apply, how to prepare the company to pass the selection. Resources exist. The question is whether the business is ready to receive them.
The best MBA I never planned
In 2024, leaving for Bali, I handed over the production equipment and factory assets to a person I trusted — without a proper contract. The deal fell through, and I faced an attempted extortion and a demand to pay rent for my own equipment.
The loss — around $200,000. The lesson — priceless.
I understood three things that every one of my clients now knows: the legal side of any deal cannot be rushed. Trust is good, a contract is mandatory. And exiting a business requires the same systematic preparation as launching one.
This experience made me a different consultant — one who speaks not only about how to attract resources, but also about how not to lose them.
