Refund Policy

1. General

Seller — Antreprenor Independent „LUDMILA MUNTEANU”, IDNO 1026023012847. Moldovan Consumer Protection Law №105/2003 applies.

2. Digital Products (PDFs, checklists, guides)

Before download: You may withdraw and receive a 100% refund within 14 calendar days of payment, provided you have not downloaded the file.

After download: Per Art.20(4) of Law №105/2003 and EU practice (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art.16(m)), the right to refund ceases once you have accessed the digital content, because digital products cannot be “returned” to their prior state.

Before payment you confirm that you understand and agree — a corresponding checkbox is in the order form.

Exception: if the file is corrupted, won’t open, doesn’t match the description, or you received the wrong product — email liudmilamunteanu@gmail.com; I refund 100% or send the correct file.

3. Service Sessions (Video Consultations)

Before session:

Cancellation at least 24 hours before — 100% refund.
Cancellation less than 24 hours — 50% refund.
No-show without notice — no refund.

After session begins:

Within the first 15 minutes you may withdraw without explanation — 50% refund.
After the 15th minute the session is considered held — no refund.

If I cancel:

Due to my fault — I schedule a new session at no extra cost or refund 100%.
Technical issues on my end — I reschedule or refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email liudmilamunteanu@gmail.com with subject “Refund”.
Provide: name, payment date, item purchased, reason.
I respond within 3 business days.
If approved — refund reaches the same card in 5-14 business days (depending on issuing bank).

5. Non-refundable

Digital products after download (see §2).
Service sessions after first 15 minutes (see §3).
Used gift certificates.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with my decision:

Agency for Consumer Protection (Moldova): consumator.gov.md.
Or court at your residence or at the seller’s place of registration.
